Download and activate Office 2019 PC or Mac in 3 simple steps - Guide

Most Office products are activated with an activation key.
In case you have purchased a product key, we will briefly explain the various steps to download and activate your copy of the most used office suite.
 
First step: Redeem Office
 
- Before installing Office you must log in to office.com/setup with a Microsoft account; you can create a new one or if you already have one you can use the existing one.
- Enter the Product Key, first select your geographical area then the language and click on next, the site will download an executable file that will allow you to install your Office 2019 in a "click to run" manner.
 
Second step: Install Office
 
- Start the installation of the file you just downloaded
- The installation is complete when the message "Everything is ready. Office is installed" is displayed and an animation is played showing where to find the Office applications on the computer. Follow the instructions displayed in the window, then select Close.
 
Third and final step: Activate Office
 
- Open an app, for example Word or Excel
- Accept the license agreement. Office is activated and ready for use.
Note: If you experience problems with Office activation, the Activation Wizard is displayed via the Internet or by phone.
